THE EXERCISE
Proof of the model, applied to a real asset
Toro Fuerza is Fraxxiom’s first live issuance and a deliberate demonstration of the full institutional workflow. Every step that will govern future assets is exercised here in production: certified origin, off-chain structuring, independent custody, identity-gated on-chain issuance, and a defined redemption mechanism.
The purpose is not to sell an artwork. It is to prove that any tangible asset can be tokenized at institutional scale, under standards that are defensible to accredited investors, family offices and their advisors.

On-chain issuance and administration under ERC-3643 on Base Network, an identity-gated standard built for regulated securities.
No pre-minting. Tokens are issued only against verified inventory already in custody. Ownership and issuance events are recorded on-chain for independent verification.
